I had a good stay overall. The hotel was well maintained and the staff showed great professionalism. However, the billing process while checking out was frustrating and delayed my departure significantly. The food was quite pricey, and while some dishes were just okay, the rooms and housekeeping truly stood out.

I had a wonderful five-day stay at TGI Grand Fortuna during my business trip. The cleanliness of the rooms and the effectiveness of the air conditioning were commendable, though I did wish for slightly better ventilation. The standout aspect of my stay was definitely the really good service, especially from Ms. Tejaswi, the front office manager, who went out of her way to accommodate my partner's unique dietary needs. Overall, it was a positive experience, but a bit more ventilation would have made it perfect.
